Commissioner Lisa G. Stafford, Secretary-Treasurer

Ms. Lisa Stafford has been an active member and serving on the NORBP Board of Commissioners since 09/26/2012.  Appointed Commissioner by Councilman Ernest F. Charbonnet of District E. Ms. Stafford has over seventeen years managing Information Technology personnel management experience. She also has over twenty-five years managing Information Technology projects, including project to integrate thirty thousand accounts into one hundred billion 401(K) system with over two million participants. Manage access for thirty thousand system accounts, over one hundred applications, and one seventy federal agencies. Ms. Stafford media services experience she has published New Orleans East e-Newsletter from 2006 - 2009 for recovery after Hurricane Katrina. Publish NOELA News e-Newsletter from 2009 until present. Interviewed subjects, published and wrote articles on public figures, consumer news, and economic development. Design advertising and print media for seven-nine local businesses. Conduct email marketing campaigns. Record studio messages for several USDA NFC Federal interactive voice response systems. Her Information Technology experience she installed software. Wrote software code in Visual Basic, COBOL, ADSO, RPG II, FORTAN< C< PASCAL AND BASIC languages. Wrote policies and design standards for development of software. Designed, coded and implemented software which produced seventy-five percent of company revenue. Analyzed over three hundred program source code modules for Year 2000 compliance, and wrote requirements and resulting source code changes. Wrote code to execute over two hundred batch processing jobs. Assess internal controls for compliance with federal regulations and development and implement corrective programs when required. Ms. Stafford is the Branch Chief with USDA National Finance Center. Federal government data hosting, payroll, and human resources services.

Her community involvement consist of President/Treasurer, Lake Bullard Neighborhood Improvement District. President/Secretary, Lake Bullard Homeowners Association. Secretary/Economic Development Committee, East New Orleans Neighborhood Advisory Commission. Co-Founder, Friends of Joe W. Brown Memorial Park and Louisiana Nature Center. Marketing and Re-branding Committee, Fast Forward Main Street. Graduate, Parkway Partners' Tree Troopers Program. Volunteer, Coalition to Restore Coastal Louisiana, KaBOOM! Playground Builds, the Lake Pontchartrain Basin Fourdation, and Patio Planters du Vieux Carre.

Certifications: Louisiana Small Entrepreneurship Certification (Hudson Initiative) and Small & Emerging Business Development Certification.

She attended the University of Texas; Austin, Texas; Bachelor of Business Administration; Data Processing & Analysis - 1986.

Commissioner Stafford was appointed as the Secretary-Treasurer 2013-2014 by the NORBP Board of Commissioners as of 20 December 2012.

Commissioner Robert E. Fudickar, Finance Committee Member

Mr. Robert E. (Bob) Fudickar has been an active member and serving on the NORBP Board of Commissioners since 06 September 2012.  Appointed Commissioner by G. Ben Johnson, President & CEO of the New Orleans Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Fudickar has served as the Director of Business Development for NASA's Michoud Assembly Facility since March 2012. NASA's effort to commercialize their campus in New Orleans has become more aggressive since the Space Shuttle program ended in 2011 and with the advent of the Space Launch System program currently being implemented. He served as Technology Industry Director for the Louisiana Department of Economic Development from August, 2005 - February 2012. He brings 30 years of business development experience to the NASA/Jacob's with an emphasis on technology, finance and capital markets. Most recently, he served as executive director of the Investor Relations Practice for ConsulttUS Group. He also, served in technology related finance and investor relations capacities for Arthur Andersen, Avex Investments, and CenturyTel. He began his career as an investment banker with Paine Webber. His background demonstrates his command of international technology markets since his tenure with uniView Technologies, a leading technology bridge between China and the U.S. He focuses his efforts on working with universities, research organizations and businesses to the state and start new in-state ventures.

Mr. Fudickar sits on the Southern Growth Policies Board, the Louisiana Optical Network Initiative Management Council Board, Southern Technology Council Board of Directors, Louisiana Technology Council Board of Directors, Louisiana Immersive Technology Enterprise Commission, Louisiana Business & Technology Center at LSU and a member of U.S. Senator David Vitter's Aerospace Corridor Committee.

He attended Louisiana State University and graduated from University of Louisiana along with a graduate degree from the University of Oklahoma's Economic Development Institute.

Commissioner Fudickar is currently an active member on the NORBP Finance Committee as of October 25, 2012.

 
Commissioner Kimberly Lavon Wright, Vice Chairperson

Ms. K. Lavon Wright has been an active member and serving on the NORBP Board of Commissioners since 20 December 2012. Appointed Commissioner by Senator Troy E. Brown. Ms. Wright is the Community Development Manger with HRI Properties in New Orleans Louisiana.

Commissioner Wright is currently serving as a member on the Marketing & Public Relations Committee as of 23 August 2012. Commissioner Wright was appointed as the Temporary Secretary-Treasurer by the NORBP Board of Commissioners as of 27 September 2012. Commissioner Wright was appointed as the Vice Chairperson for 2013-2014 by the NORBP Board of Commissioners as of 20 December 2012.

 
Commissioner James L. Moffett, III, Legal Matters Committee Chairperson

Mr. James L. Moffett, III  has been an active member and serving on the NORBP Board of Commissioners since 08/20/2012. Appointed Commissioner by Senator Troy E. Brown of District 2. Mr. Moffett is presently the Senior Business Development Associate with GNO,Inc. in New Orleans Louisiana. He engage domestic and international corporations through the execution of a Southeastern Louisiana regional economic development strategy focusing on business development and policy initiatives. Execution of business attraction and retention/expansion strategy utilizing Louisiana Economic Development sponsored tax credit incentives in the following industries: Energy, Advanced Manufacturing, Biosciences, Digital Media, Environmental, and International Trade. Though his career he has been the Public Finance and Government Relations - Associate with Butler, Snow, O'Mara, Stevens & Cannada, PLLC in Jackson MS, the Corporate Finance Legal Extern with U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, DC, the Summer Assiociate with Butler, Snow, O'Mara, Stevens & Cannada, PLLC in Jackson MS, the Consulting Analyst: Financial Services Group with Accenture Consulting in Atlanta, GA, the Finance Analyst - Investment Banking: Real Estate Group with Banc of America Securities in Charlotte, NC., the Finance Analyst - Investment Banking: Industrial Group Intern with Key Banc Capital Markets in Cleveland, OH.
